You won’t believe it, but it’s a chocolate diet! It lasts for 5 days and you may lose up to 6 kilos! But bear in mind, it’s a monodiet, so it might have some effect on your liver.
As you have read, this diet lasts for 5-7 days, but not longer. Then make a 4-6-day pause. During a diet day eat only two chocolate bars (40 grams each), and drink only sugar-free coffee with low-fat milk. Drink only in 3 hours after eating.
But, of course, Jennifer Lopez doesn’t always eat only chocolate. Her nutritionists have suggested a diet that anyone can follow. It lasts for a week and during this time sugar and salt are excluded from daily ration. By this way organism is getting rid of excess water.
Approximate variant of a diet :
Breakfast: 1 orange + 1 glass of still water and 1 cup of cocoa. In 15 minutes you may eat one more 1 fruit.
Lunch: 200 grams of cottage cheese + 200 grams of fruits.
Dinner: a handful of dried fruits.
Supper: 200 grams of bird or fish + 300 grams of vegetables. Drink 1 glass of low-fat yoghurt.
