Five days Diets from Claudia Schiffer

When a gorgeously looking supermodel Claudia Schiffer wants to lose some weight, she has a choice between her favorite diets. Here they are.

“5 days” Diet. It means that it lasts for 5 days and on day 6 Claudia allows herself to eat something tasty – like a bonus for her heroic deed, but sharply till 4 pm.

Then after that – only water in great amounts.

Diet “weighs” 1200 kcal per day and allows losing 3 kilos in 5+ days.

This diet is well-balanced in all necessary nutrients, so the risk to health is minimal.

Breakfast :

Muesli. A cup of chopped fruits and berries (except grapes, bananas and fig) mixed with 1 tbsp of germinated seed and 100 grams of yoghurt.

Lunch :

Fruit cocktail. 100 ml of any juice + 100 ml of yoghurt.

Vegetable ragout. Some cauliflower, 1 sweet pepper, 1 carrot, 1 tbsp of beans, 0,5 onion, 1 celery, parsley – all this stewed in small amount of water.

Sauce. 1 tbsp of olive oil, 100 grams of buttermilk, 1 tsp of lemon juice – mixed and used as dressing for ragout.

Snack :

Sandwich. 100 grams of chicken breast with a slice of rye bread.

Supper :

Fruit pilau. 50 grams of boiled rice mixed with 1 chopped apple and 100 grams of any other fruits or berries.

Cottage cheese diet :

cottage-cheese-dietMorning – 1 soft-boiled egg. 3 hours later – 150 grams of low-fat cottage cheese and a cup of tea.

And again, 3 hours later – again 150 grams of cottage cheese and a cup of tea.

After this and till next morning – only mineral water. This diet may last for 5 days, but is very exhausting for organism, so you may repeat it only in 4-5 week time. Take multivitamin pills during it.

Low calorie diet :

This is a low-calorie protein and carbohydrate diet that lasts for 5 days and Claudia loses 3-4 kilos.

This diet “weighs” 1100 kcal which leads to losing weight.

Diet is not so difficult to follow and has no difficult-to-find products.

The main point is patience. Even Claudia, who has a sweet tooth and just slobbers over meat- and jam-stuffed pancakes, manages to keep on this diet and lose weight.

Breakfast :

Fruit muesli with a cup of green tea or a glass of fresh orange juice.

Dinner :

200 grams of boiled chicken breast or fish with 1 boiled egg, vegetable salad.

1 glass of tomato juice, 100 grams of dried fruits and herbal tea.

Supper :

Stewed vegetables and 1 glass of low-fat yoghurt.

And don’t forget about physical trainings and still water during each day. For instance, Claudia jogs every day for half an hour.
