OR: White fish dressed with a ¼ cup of walnuts, beaten egg and Cajun seasoning, and with steamed green beans

OR: Chicken burrito.

And remember, you have to credit the diet for working for your mind, body and lifestyle and try to avoid consuming bad carbs.

One more Jennifer’s advice – eat lots and lots of salads with lean proteins, drink still water, avoid much alcohol and fatty fast food.
