Two Hours’ Diet

If you have strength of will and good memory, than keeping on this diet won’t be a matter of some difficulty. This is a long-lasting diet, and the final result of up to 8-10 kilos will be shown in a month.

First five days you have to consume food every two hours. Next ten days you may eat as you did it before starting this diet, but limit the amount of sweets and farinaceous food.

You have to alternate 5 diet days with 10 normal nutrition days. In 5 diet days the aim is to lose up to 3-4 kilos, and in 10 next days – to fix the weight on a gained point.

Recipe:

7 am – a cup of herbal tea or decaf coffee (NO SUGAR!)

9 am – grated carrot dressed with lemon juice

11am – 1 apple (pear, kiwi, peach etc.)

1 pm – 100 grams boiled meat (fresf-water fish) with 1 slice of brown bread

3 pm – 1 hard-boiled egg with 100 grams of low-fat cheese

5 pm – vegetable salad (cabbage, carrot, beetroot etc.)

7 pm – 10 pcs of dried fruit (prunes, apricots etc.) soaked in hot water

9 pm – 1 glass of fat-free yoghurt.
