Our after-holiday diet is exactly what you need! It lasts only for one week, and you may repeat it in two-month period. During this diet you may lose up to 5 kilos!
Menu :
1 day – half a kilo of vegetable salad dressed with 1 tbs olive oil.
2 day – 1 kilo boiled meat (beef, for example).
3 day – half a kilo of fruit salad with half a kilo low-fat cottage cheese.
4 day – 1 kilo of low-fat cottage cheese.
5 day – 1 kilo boiled meat.
6 day – half a kilo of fruit salad (except bananas and pears).
7 day – 1 kilo boiled fresh-water fish with half a kilo of vegetable salad.
Limit the usage of tea and coffee. One cup of coffee and one cup of tea would be more than enough in a day.
But 1,5 litres of water is just the right thing to drink. This will help you keep on a diet and strengthen the results.
One of the most important things in dieting is its finish. Don’t do this too abruptly, prepare your organism to it.
Make diet dishes not only useful, but also tasty, so when you get off the diet, the finish won’t be so painful and difficult!
